One Website Becomes Two Business Lines

Global AVN's first project with Makos Digital was globalavnhonorary.com, built for its core honorary-doctorate-ceremony facilitation service.
That relationship led to multiple further projects, and in 2025 Global AVN pushed Makos Digital toward a new one: Global AVN Realtors, extending the business into real estate advisory.
Real estate was a new line of business for Global AVN, and customer awareness, discovery, and trust-building were the real problems the launch had to solve — building on the trust already established through the earlier ceremony-facilitation projects.
Both business lines operate under the same registered enterprise: Global AVN holds an Udyam (MSME) registration (UDYAM-TN-09-0052782) based in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, dated October 10, 2023. The real estate line covers property search and shortlisting, site visits and documentation, price negotiation and advisory, and legal and registration support, while the ceremony-facilitation line continues to handle event planning, institution coordination, and press and media outreach.
The Realtors site was delivered within the same year it was commissioned, giving Global AVN two live service lines under one registered enterprise.
